If the content of the waste load does not correspond to the declared waste type or if the load contains several waste types, the load is checked and the waste type is changed to match the content of the load. For the waste item to be sorted, the processing price and sorting fee for unsorted waste will be charged. The result of the load check is recorded in the movement document (electronic movement document).
If the waste load contains hazardous waste, a double handling fee is charged, plus a sorting fee of € 200 + VAT for hazardous waste and the handling fees for hazardous waste according to the prize categories of hazardous waste.
Notification of an abnormal or incorrect waste consignment will be forwarded to the authorities on a needs assessment basis (hazardous waste in the load or other justified reason).
According to the price list above. Payment period 14 days net. Comments on the invoice within 8 days. Invoices paid after the due date will be subject to late payment interest in accordance with the Interest Act. Reminder invoices are subject to a €5 service charge. VAT of 25,5 % will be added to the prices.
From 1.1.2025, a paper invoice surcharge of €5.02 (incl. VAT 25.5%)/invoice will be added to paper invoices. E-invoices, e-mail invoices and direct debit agreements without paper surcharge.
